Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your access will remain until the end of your billing period.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:

• There’s a confirmed technical fault preventing access for 72+ hours, and

• You notify us within 7 days of the issue.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle.
